The hostel offers cozy rooms with curtains for privacy, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious common lounge area. Amazing hostel! Mya and Asia, the hosts during my stay, were very helpful and friendly. They kept the place spotless! Their glowing vibe made all the guests happy and everyone was more inclined to clean up after themselves. There are 4 rooms with 10 beds each and curtains. The bathroom light switches are a bit tricky so press hard. It's a tad far from downtown, but the Hopp scooters make the (<10min) commute fun. I love this hostel and will definitely book it again on my next trip to Iceland!

Guy and girl working inside here are good people doing their best. Premises are goodBut. WARNING!!!!:the owner is horrible. She has really bad business manners, generally puts her clients in very bad monetary situations sometimes (check here and TripAdvisor for these reviews and you won't choose to book here I'm sure, I wish I had done that)Om my arrival day I was locked out at 2.30 am because the hotel didn't send the entry code to me and THERE WAS NO EMERGENCY NUMBER TO CALL. If says on the website after 21.00 you check in with a code. But no code in my email. I had to pay over 200€ total extra to go to another room, by taxi. Since I had an E-sim I could Google for a taxi and call via Skype luckily because the streets were empty and no public wifis. Standing in arctic winds alone in Iceland! All the hotel's fault. She tries to tell me I should have emailed them about a late arrival which there was NO INFO about in the confirmation and generally just blames me for the whole situation when clearly its the fault of the hostel. Horrible owner. She could have given me a refund for the first night as I politely asked but she refuses and simply blames me and Expedia. Horrible manners not caring about anything except some 50€ for 1 nightPlease use your money better and book B47 bus hostel instead-much better people working there, perfect for all excursions and transfers etc. Maria in B14 does not take care of the guests if something happens so better to go to a different place to avoid being treated horribly losing your money. So go to B47 instead.

Arrived at this hostel only to find that my assigned bed was dirty and/or in use. No one on the property to sort out the issue. No answer when I called the number forcing me to find an alternative last minute accommodation. Requested a refund and the owner denied any responsibility.

Great hostel, with a wonderful common lounge area setup. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Jose does a wonderful job making you feel welcome and in ensuring the hostel stays tidy.

DO NOT STAY HERE - DO NOT STAY HERE - DO NOT STAY HERE!I am publicly calling this hotel out since they stole my money. Got there after a super long day of driving and exploring iceland. I booked the place and when I got there, they did not have a room and they were already full. I called booking.com and they told me that they cannot give me my money back because the hotel has to authorize it (which they did not)... I had to sleep in my car during that night and they did not even care! TERRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.A PLACE THAT IS WILLING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LOOK THE OTHER SIDE IN MY OPNION IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING!!!!!!
