Four people have been indicted after the body of an infant, believed to be 8-month-old Miya Tucker Rudd, was found inside a Kentucky home. Previously, only the parents were facing abuse of corpse charges, but the new indictments suggest more people were involved in the concealing of the baby's body.The Ohio County baby was first reported missing by Kentucky State Police on June 6 after she was not found at her home during a search/welfare check. Ohio County is about 120 miles southwest of Louisville.Following her disappearance, eight people were arrested in total, but so far, none of have been directly charged in her death. All of her other grandparents are also facing charges, as well as someone who was at a grandparent's home. Most of the charges are drug related.Miya's siblings were also removed from one set of grandparents' home. On June 14, KSP found the body of an infant inside Tucker and Rudd's house. The body was "hidden in a concealed manner." Since then, the body has been transported to the Kentucky Medical Examiner's Office in Louisville. The body has not yet been positively confirmed to be Miya's body, but it is believed to be her, and an investigation is still ongoing. In court, the head investigator testified that during initial investigations, authorities found Narcan and a bag with methamphetamine residue next to a bassinet and playpen in the home.
